MAGA supporters are ripping Donald Trump's decision to bomb Iran, noting that they regret casting their ballot for the president in November.

On Saturday (June 21), Trump announced that the U.S. had launched strikes on three Iranian nuclear facilities, calling the move a "spectacular military success."

"The U.S. military carried out massive precision strikes on the three key nuclear assemblies in the Iranian regime: Fordo, Natanz and Isfahan," Trump said Saturday during his address to the nation. "Our objective was the destruction of Iran's nuclear enrichment capacity and a stop to the nuclear threat posed by the world's number one state sponsor of terror."

Iran previously said it would retaliate if the U.S. joined its war with Israel, which began on June 13. Israel launched airstrikes on Iranian nuclear sites and military targets, and Iran responded with missile and drone attacks on Israeli cities.

Trump supporters took the internet by storm following the president's decision to involve the U.S. in another war in the Middle East, expressing regret over their vote.

"I trusted you, I'm done with MAGA and all your bullsh*t," one person wrote on X in response to the news.

"I fully regret voting for this sh*t. I wanted peace and America first. I got neocon, war monger, bush 2.0 bullsh*t...prayers to all the families who's sons and daughter[s] get involved in this mess," another user shared on Facebook.

"You betrayed us, your MAGA base. I voted for you THREE TIMES," a third person said on a now-deleted X account.

"He just started a war. Broke his promise to his voters. I regret voting for him. Trump needs to be impeached," a fourth person wrote online.

"The number one reason I voted for Trump is because he was a peace candidate. If the United States enters war with Iran, as appears to be the case, I will regret my vote," another comment reads.

"Very disappointed in President Trump. Iran was attacked by Israel unprovoked. We don't need to lose any American troops for this unnecessary conflict. I regret my vote," a social media user said.

Even GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene criticized Trump's decision on X.

"Every time America is on the verge of greatness, we get involved in another foreign war. There would not be bombs falling on the people of Israel if Netanyahu had not dropped bombs on the people of Iran first. Israel is a nuclear armed nation. This is not our fight. Peace is the answer," Greene wrote.
