Bebe Rexha is slated to perform at the Detroit Lions 83rd annual Thanksgiving Day Classic against the Buffalo Bills. In addition, DJ David Guetta has been named as a special guest.
The Grammy nominated singer-songwriter made the announcement in an Instagram Reel. The video showed someone painting Rexha's name on the Detroit Lions' field in hot pink. "Excited to announce that I will be performing at the [Detroit Lions] Thanksgiving Halftime Show on November 24th featuring [David Guetta]," Rexha wrote in the caption.
The Thanksgiving Halftime Show, which is presented by Verizon, will be nationally televised on CBS November 24 at 12:30 p.m. EST. Tickets for the Thanksgiving Day Classic are still available. You can grab yours here on the Detroit Lions' website.
The news follows Rexha and Guetta recently finding themselves with an unexpected global hit. Their track "I'm Good (Blue)," which is a riff on Eiffel 65's seminal "Blue (Da Ba Dee)," went viral on TikTok earlier this year. Rexha has previously found a handful of hits with everyone from Florida Georgia Line to the Chainsmokers. In addition, Rexha is reportedly putting the finishing touches on her third full-length album, which will follow 2018's Expectations and 2021's Better Mistakes.
